After the events that took place in 'The Autonauts' The Doctor takes Kerry to the planet Plangoria - the plabet of the plants.

The TARDIS lands in the middle of a botany expidition, where a team of scientisits are researching into the neutrition value and coperate value of the plant life.

But something goes horribly wrong, as a visitor to the planet becomes infectited by an alien pod, that belongs to a creature that the doctor has encountered before - The Krynoid. as it's powers grow stronger so does the conflict between the other crew members, can the doctor persuade them to flee before they're all killed or is it the end of mind kind as we know it....
