Bombay Dreams The musical was produced by Lloyd Webber on Broadway in 2004. The music, not by Andrew Lloyd Webber but Bollywood composer A.H. Rahman. The story centers around Akaash, a young man from the slums of Bombay who dreams of becoming the next big star in Bollywood. However, the musical was a flop, and it's likely you have never heard of it, but we love this number. It is a Blush classic and this is its third appearance at a Blush Showcase. It's a musical with a Bollywood style. This number encompasses the energy of a Bollywood movie. The dance moves are inspired by authentic Bollywood Dance and the aerial shapes are fast paced and fun, just like a Bollywood Dance routine.

It's an all round, fun loving fast paced high energy number that fills the stage with joy. The team performing consist of a mix of Advanced Aerialists, some of whom have never performed at a showcase before. Along with two who have performed in this number every time it has been included in a Blush Showcase. We just couldn’t keep them off the stage!
