Caps Ridge - Mt Jefferson - Terrifying 25 - Best Hikes In New Hampshire

In this video I tackle Caps Ridge, my 10th Terrifying 25 trail. This route was short but so fun! Not for the faint of heart, though Caps ridge was on the mellower side from what I’ve done so far, Castle trail elevates the difficulty and the Link is not for the faint of heart. Luckily I didn’t fall into one of the many holes from all the root systems lining the Link trail lol. Caps ridge was beautiful and packed just enough elevation to get a great workout, and made the ascent to Jefferson short and direct.

Highly recommend this trail, even for a descent route it would be perfectly fine.
Glad I got better footage of the Castle Trail on this loop, it’s actually my favorite so far of the T25’s up around Jefferson. Following that Spur down from the ridge and going up and over all those rocky outcroppings is just a blast with incredible views the entire time above treeline making it an absolute hikers dream.
