I'd like to clarify that this method is not meant to be done while sitting with your eyes closed in a room. This can and should be done ANYWHERE at ANY TIME as often as you can.

This game will sound very simple, which it is, but it is NOT easy. Don't be too hard on yourself when you realize how often you slip back into endless, unwanted thought patterns. Casually catching yourself, and becoming aware, if only for a few moments, is all that is needed :)
