Hello! Today, we're going to make another detailed video tutorial for Casagkit, a special delicacy with 2 different layers. The first layer resembles Pichi-Pichi and then the second layer is similar to Sapin-Sapin which are also both well-known rice cakes in the Philippines.

Ingredients:

For the 1st Layer:

Grated Cassava 2 cups
Sugar 1 cup
Water 2 cups
Lye Water 1/2 tsp.
Pandan Flavor 1 tsp.

For the 2nd Layer:

Glutinous Rice 1 cup
Coconut Milk 1 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
