Official say at least 20 people have died in Bangladesh after floods swept through the country's south-east.

The ongoing monsoon has affected more than 5 million people, including around 2 million children, leaving residents isolated and in desperate need of food and drinking water.

Country Director of Plan International Bangladesh, Kabita Bose says that the conditions are 'beyond imaginable' and the regions worst floods in 40 years.
