煲水,猪骨出水,清洗干净备用。
煲7至8升水,煮开后将所有材料逐一放入。
大火煮开后转小火煲2个半小时。
最后加少许盐调味,即可享用。

In this video, I'll show you how to make a traditional Cantonese soup - Kudzu, Red Bean, and Hairy Fig Soup. This soup is delicious and has numerous health benefits, such as detoxifying and nourishing the body.

Ingredients:

Kudzu root
Rcie beans
Hairy fig roots
Pork bones
Dried tangerine peel
Steps:

Prepare all ingredients. Peel and cut the kudzu root, soak the dried tangerine peel and scrape off the pith.
Boil water and blanch the pork bones, then clean and set aside.
Boil 7-8 litres of water. Add all ingredients one by one.
Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for 2.5 hours.
Add a pinch of salt to taste, and enjoy!
