Babylon 5 - Tribute

Fourteen videos and still going strong!

A while back, ever since my husband actually got me into BABYLON 5, I'd wanted to do a video to it, but had no idea how to go about it. I really wanted to convey that sense of wonder I'd had when I first started watching it, but couldn't think of music to do it justice.

Then I tripped over a piece of music I hadn't heard in YEARS, and realized that "Eric's Theme" from the film CHARIOTS OF FIRE worked absolutely MARVELOUSLY for B5.

To help narrow down which clips I should use, I turned to the Babylon5 LiveJournal community and asked their advice; they rose magnificently to the occasion with suggestions, and a few weeks later, this was the result. I took great pride in their responses afterwards - apparently I had some of them sobbing their eyes out, while the rest couldn't wait to go back and rewatch the whole series.

To warn you, the intro of the video deals with how I was introduced to B5. You might relate... then again, you might not.
