If you truly want to eliminate the insecurity within you, the first step is to understand where it actually came from.

Earlier, my comparison was limited to my classroom or my neighborhood.
Now, comparison lives inside my phone — every single minute.

Perfect bodies.
Perfect skin.
Perfect lives.

Most of the time, we know it’s fake — paid, edited, filtered, and endlessly repeated —
yet it still affects us deeply.

Psychology proves that humans are constantly chasing an identity.
And when we repeatedly see a certain “ideal,” we slowly start believing that
if I don’t look like this, I am not enough.

This is not a body-image issue.
This is not a confidence problem.
This is a comparison problem.

And it’s not that you don’t love yourself — you do.
But you are being trained to hate yourself,
by an algorithm that profits from your insecurities.

If you really want to fix this, start by unfollowing anything that makes you feel small.
Limit what you consume.

Work on your body’s strength — exercise, train, go to the gym.
And work on your mental strength too — learn skills, read books, grow intellectually.

You don’t need to look different.
You need to see things from a different perspective.
