Military Press: 4 sets - 8 reps
Single Arm Press: 3 sets - 12 reps (each arm)
Side to Front Combo: 3 sets - 12 reps
Close Grip Bench: 4 sets - 8 reps
Barbell Curls: 4 sets - 8 reps
Extentions: 3 sets - 12 reps
