how I seasoned my cast iron dosa tawa ?
I cleaned it with mild liquid soap and rub with a green scrub pad. Then washed with water, and wiped out the water with a clean cloth. Make it fully dry. Then I applied some oil all over the tawa on both side. Next I make it very hot on the gas stove, till smoke was coming. Now I kept the tawa like this for whole night. I used the tawa on next day morning.
