What's it like to Access AutoAuto For Newer FCA vehicles using a Scan Tool?

I will trying out the Xtool IP919 Pro on a newer Chrysler vehicle using the AutoAuto portal, which a paid portal that is required on newer FCA vehicles. I will also cover who can signup for this service and is it any good?
