The BMW M3 e30 DTM is certainly the most famous and victorious car in the tourism car championship races that took part from the late 80s to the early 90s and I had the pleasure of filming this wonderful 1987 model in action at the Misano circuit during one of the races of the modern DTM championship that for the occasion has made a stage in Italy. The M3 e30 Palmares speak of over 1,500 victories and 50 international titles like the conquest of the DTM in 1987 and 1989 and the BTCC title in 1988 and 1991. The naturally aspirated 4-cylinder 2.3-litre engine then increased to 2.5 litres was able to develop at the end of the career about 380 hp and what fans love is just the characteristic intake sound.

La BMW M3 e30 DTM è sicuramente la vettura più famosa e vittoriosa nella gare turismo a cui prese parte dalla fine degli anni 80 ai primi anni 90 ed ho avuto il piacere di filmare questo splendido esemplare del 1987 in azione sul circuito di Misano durante una delle gare del campionato DTM che per l'occasione ha fatto tappa in Italia. Il palmares sportivo della M3 e30 parla da solo, con oltre 1.500 vittorie e oltre 50 titoli internazionali. Sicuramente da ricordare la conquista del DTM nel 1987 e nel 1989 ed il titolo BTCC nel 1988 e 1991. Il motore aspirato 4 cilindri da 2.3 litri poi aumentato a 2.5 litri riuscì a sviluppare a fine carriera circa 380cv e quello che gli appassionati amano è proprio il caratteristico suono dell'aspirazione.
