INGREDIENTS:
4 cups (I used whole milk)
1 Ceylon Cinammon Stick (optional) Ceylon is healthier for you.
4 Eggs
1 Cup Semolina
1 Cup Sugar
Splash Madascar Vanilla
2 Tbls Conrstarch
Salt
1 Orange Zest
Phyllo Pastry (My phyllo has 2 individual packages, I used only 1) 18 sheets
1/2 Cup unstalted butter melted
Pan size I used 13 in x 9in _ Amazon link below
Clean cloth (to cover the Phyllo so it doesn't dry out.)
