This time we're in North London and Jay is going vegan with actress Laura Aikman! In this episode Global Food Quest hangs out with actress Laura Aikman in her London home cooking up a vegan storm. We talk all things veganism and indeed vegetarian light with Laura and husband Matt Kennard, helped with some lubrication from a bottle or two of essex chardonnay we discover Laura's not only a talented actor but also a dam wizz in the kitchen! Fans of Laura's will know her from various starring roles in films and TV shows over the years, most recently gracing our screens on the Christmas special of Gavin and Stacey. It's fair to say we're now not only fans of Laura's work, but more importantly.. her food!
