Before any further ado, here's my "homemade" Picon recipe, based on the Picon Bière.
6 oz Suze
6 oz China China Bigallet
2 oz Simple syrup
1 oz Cointreau
1 oz Orange Angostura bitters
Mix and bottle
Store at room temp pretty much indefinitely
