Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp of baking powder
1/8 tsp of salt
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
purple gel food coloring
purple sanding sugar
chunky purple crystal sugar
Hershey "hugs" kisses, unwrapped

Directions: Cream the butter and sugar. Add in the egg, peanut butter and vanilla. Mix mix mix! Add in a few drops of food coloring and mix some more!

Add in the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Grab a cookie scooper and scoop out about a tablespoon's worth of dough. Roll it into a ball and then roll it into the sugar crystals, followed by rolling it in the sanding sugar.

Place your cookie dough balls onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Into the oven at 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes. Let the cookies cool for about 3-4 minutes before applying the chocolate kiss on top.

Once each cookie has a chocolate kiss, place them in the freezer for 2 minutes. This helps keep the chocolate from melting while also helping the cookie finish cooling.
