Why are rocker triggers are not on Nintendo consoles since GameCube?

Описание к видео Why are rocker triggers are not on Nintendo consoles since GameCube?

The biggest question that remains a mystery for the gaming world. As Nintendo was the first to change a lot of the history of what we know of gaming. One of that being. Why did Nintendo ditch the rocker slider trigger buttons that are on most Playstation / Xbox controllers for the L2 - R2 / LT - RT But yet Nintendo has decide not to use these since their future consoles. Only console we ever seen these were on GameCube controllers. Not to mention these controllers for Xbox/Playstation do not have any real 'buttons'. They use the same sensing tech as the joysticks to sense a spot for it to register a 'click' point. But no Xbox/Playstation controllers have a 'Click' button at the back end as Nintendo gave with the Game Cube console controllers.

So the question remains a mystery as to why Nintendo ditched the slider rocker tech that Microsoft and Sony stole and still use?

As for other info. No the Xbox controller layout isn't theirs. It goes to Nintendo. GameCube was first to make the off set joystick style theme we all known. It's why Nintendo had the right to use the style on their Switch console. Compared to coming up with a new style. But it still baffles me why Nintendo would go that route instead of the better one that we all had loved with the Wii U Pro Controllers with the dual sticks at the top. Which made finger resting on joysticks much more relaxing. Rather then off set and Sony's Playstation sticks at the bottom.
