This Rolling Thunderz powered C6 Z06 Corvette delivers a quarter mile drag strip performance in 10.66 seconds at 134 MPH in this video.

The best quarter mile drag strip performance to date for this naturally aspirated Corvette with stock suspension, Z06 wheels, original LS7 intake manifold, original LS7 throttle body and stock fuel injectors is an incredible 10.5 second at 136 MPH.

This Corvette also actually drives to the track and gets better than stock fuel economy do to the incredible engine effeciency developed for this LS7 engine. So it can be modified by Rolling Thunderz to run a lot faster, still.

The Rolling Thunderz modified LS7 Corvette engine has produced 563 RWHP at over 7000 rpm on a Mustang AWD 1750 DE chassis dyno operated by Velocity Injection. A measured drive-train power loss of 19% can realistically develop 695 horsepower at the Rolling Thunderz modified LS7 engine. This represents a huge 190 hp increase from the stock 505 hp LS7 engine.

This makes the Rolling Thunderz powered 2007 Z06 Corvette, which is owned and track tested by Pat Doldo, one of the most powerful Z06 Corvettes in the world that also uses the original equipment LS7 engine short block and the original intake manifold, throttlebody and fuel injectors.

This performance is achieved with a Rolling Thunderz Performance Enhancement System that is equipped with custom modified cylinder heads developed by Ned Erkman that are now known as the NEDHEADS, which are extensively modified Brodix BR7 castings. These cylinder heads are custom hand ported to generate peak horsepower between 7000 to 7200 rpm with the original LS7 intake manifold, which is also hand ported by Ned Erkman,

The Rolling Thunderz custom camshaft is also developed by Ned Erkman to work as a system with these technologically advanced cylinder heads and modified intake manifold. The cam profile is relatively mild to maintain good engine effeciency and deliver great gas mileage.
