2. Unclip the weight belt
3. Remove the weight belt
4. Make sure you hold onto the weight belt
5. Check if the weight belt is not twisted
6. Replace the weight belt
7. Make sure nothing is entangled/stuck in the weight belt
8. Secure the weight belt's quick release
9. Double check if all your equipment is streamlined
