Hey guys! 👋 Welcome to Tea for Two.
We're back with another financier recipe this week except we're swapping out the traditional almond flour with hazelnut flour and decorating with some dark chocolate ganache whipped cream. The combination of hazelnut and chocolate is always a win with everyone. One thing I'd recommend is decorating just before serving otherwise, these would need to be chilled in the fridge because of the cream and that will make the financiers a little dry and dense.

INGREDIENTS:
110g butter (88g brown butter)
3 egg whites
80g icing sugar
¼ tsp vanilla
18g honey
50g hazelnut flour
40g plain flour
(pinch of salt if using unsalted butter)

50g dark chocolate
150ml heavy cream
