2. Quirst (A lemon-lime soft drink produced by 7up launched in May of 1978 that also came in Orange, Grape and Fruit Punch flavors. In the summer of 1978 they were sued by Squirtco, the parent company of Squirt, claiming it was too similar to their product name and would lead to confusion among customers. A 1979 ruling ordered 7up to withdraw the Quirst product name and the product was discontinued by 1980)
