Hey everyone, it's Priyatham Charan. I'm back after a tough 10-day break due to a viral high fever and inflammation in my body. The pain was unbearable, and I had to take some time to rest and recover. Today, I'm resuming my 100-day challenge with renewed spirit and determination to complete it successfully. During these 100 days, I’ve been focusing on body and mind transformation through Project BB - Becoming Better. My daily routines include:

Morning Routines: Starting each day with exercise, meditation, and gym workouts from Monday to Saturday, and cardio on Sundays.
Work Schedules: Balancing shooting and editing schedules, meal preparations and diet routines.
Night Routines: Reflecting on the day, planning for tomorrow, and ensuring I get adequate rest.
Life can throw unexpected challenges our way, and adapting and pushing forward is crucial. Many of us face similar pain points in our day-to-day lives, such as managing health, balancing work and personal commitments, and maintaining a positive mindset. I’ve learned to apply actionable solutions to stay on track and overcome obstacles:

Resilience: Building mental and physical resilience through consistent workouts and meditation.
Mindset Shift: Focusing on positive affirmations and a growth mindset to tackle daily challenges.
Routine Development: Establishing good habits and routines that support overall well-being.
