This letter is written to bring closure to my formal Whistle Blower Complaint filed in Lake County Jail in Waukegan, Illinois. Patrick Fitzgerald was my Illinois contact. Alan Laucks is my Maryland contact and Mark J. Kappelhoff is my Washington D.C. office contact.
You can directly contact President Obama legal Department. He requested the investigation 5/8/2008. I’m a Whistle Blower concerning Corruption in the Courts and Prison industry in Maryland and Illinois. I have a jail house diary from Lake County Jail and Baltimore County Detention Center and can show the denial of Due Process and Equal Protection under the Law.
I can show and prove when State’s Attorney Scott Shellenberger and Michael Waller destroyed evidence and submitted false evidence and testimony to the Grand Jury to receive a criminal indictment.
Enclosed is my material submitted to Doug Gansler via Paul Ballard of the Maryland Attorney General’s office. As you see in his statement he never did an investigation, neither did Commissioner Anthony Batts or the City Government. I went directly to Public Defenders in Illinois and Maryland. I followed Judicial Protocol on City County State and Federal Levels and informed all parties involved I was making a movie about the Racial Injustices in our Legal System. It is illegal to lock up a Whistle Blower. My human, civil, and Constitutional Rights were cruelly violated and you have a moral and ethical obligation to bring charges against all individuals involved in this Travesty of Justice. You can’t promote Democracy across the World and deny me my naturally born rights here in America.

I also suggest you view all the material by BaltimoreBloc on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube my friend and myself have documentation and video to support everything submitted to your Department to be investigated not just for my case but also Brian Vaeth, Tyrone West, Maurice Donald Johnson, Anthony Anderson, and the countless other citizens not just in Baltimore but across the Nation. We took a stance against Injustice. It’s your job to secure our Rights.
