[UPDATE: I missed a fourth building sticker that has the black square oriented wrong... building 16] Four of the stickers have the black snap in tile oriented incorrectly.... this video shows you which ones and how the black square should be oriented. I used an xacto blade to cut out each of those 3 squares and then stuck that square in the sticker oriented properly. [do the same with building 16]
ADDED NOTE: @bootman199 has advised that building 18 sticker is also the wrong colour compared to the miniature.
QUESTION: are other stickers of the wrong color?
