Dynasty Warriors 4: Hyper - Battle of Jian Ye (Shu) | Liu Bei

Liu Bei says step-family members don't count as family and proceeds to kill the entire Sun Family line.

I'd say this is the least interesting of the finale stages. It has a unique gimmick where multiple Sun Jian's show up (and don't appear on the map so you just need to KNOW where they're all at if you want to kill them) and leadership transfers to each member of the Sun Family as the eldest is killed, ending with Sun Shang Xiang. If you defeat them before they become ruler, they'll just come back.

The children are the biggest threat since they hang back and will keep coming back if defeated, so their troops stay at high morale the whole fight. But your own troops tend to be able to hold their own and Sun Jian's morale plummets due to taking out his dopplegangers along the way, which all count as sub-officers for him, so his morale drops each time one is defeated. There's 4 in total, 3 that appear in left, right, and center of the map and one that appears after the first is defeated to ambush you from behind with another sub-officer.

Rather than feeling like a big siege like the other two finales, this one just feels more repetitive with you running back and forth across the map to defeat the Sun Family.
