Ingredients
3 medium potatoes
2 tbsp cornflour
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp crushed garlic
1 onion cut into rings
1/2 cup capsicum
2 -3 green chillies slit
1/2 tbsp soya sauce
1.5 tsp chilli sauce
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 malt vinegar
Salt to taste
Garnish with spring greens

Method
Cut the potatoes and add some salt and corn flour to it.
Add the potatoes into heated oil and fry them until they turn golden brown
In a wok add some oil, garlic slices, green chilies, ginger, onion rings and capsicum.
Add chilli powder, dark soy sauce, sugar, malt vinegar, salt and chilli sauce.
Add the fried potatoes to the sauce and toss it. Add some spring leaves.
Chilli Potatoes are ready to be served.
