Wooden Bike

INDIA(Uttar Pradesh)Raj Shantanu aged 35 belongs to Uttar Pradesh state of India. He has made wooden bike. Which is unique in itself. It is designed and assembled by Raj itself. He took spare parts from different vehicles. Name of his bike is woody passion. Whenever he drives it in a city, crowd surrounds him and take selfies along with bike. Weight of bike is 192 kgs and length is 9.2 feet. Raj says," I got inspiration from hollywood movies. I am fond of harley davidson like bikes." Raj is wealthy bussiness man of mauzaffarnagar city of Uttar Pradesh but he was always liked wood made goods. He says," I have many cars and bikes but i wanted to create something different so i made this bike. Its handle is made of wood and special type of rope is wrapped on it." Raj wants to make stainless steel bike in future. Whenever he gets free time out of his busy schedule, he try to create new things. He says," I have railways line in my house for small toy trains and a wooden bridge which connects one room with another." His wife and parents also supports him. This woody bike runs at a speed of 60 km/hr and its mileage is around 30 km per litre. Raj says," I use it occasionally because it catches the eye of everyone. Sometimes youth comes to my house while chasing me and it becomes difficult to handle the zeal of crowd who wants to drive it and like to capture photos over it." Raj's wife Himani loves this bike. She says," when i drive on this bike along with Raj, i feel myself special. People in the city take us a celebrity. They like to have photos with us." Himani feels proud over her husband because of his passion towards bikes and innovative ideas. Raj didn't disclose the amount, he spent on bike. He says," woody bike is my passion, Spent on passion is well spent." Raj can't think his life without his bike. It has become inseperable part of his life.
