The Best Career Mode Teams that Nobody Uses

I've found the Five The Best Career Mode Teams that Nobody Uses! All 5 teams are in interesting situations, and that makes them some of the most fun Career Mode saves.

Sivasspor
Only 3 Teams in the Turkish League are worse
Starting in the Europa League
Make sure you keep Max Gradel & Clinton Njie in your team, but the rest of the squad needs a rebuild. The combination of European football and the need for a rebuild makes Sivasspor a great career mode choice.
You should see if you can rebuild into a full Turkish squad, but to give it a twist, see if you can sign a few players called Sebastian. The name comes from the city that Sivasspor are from, so if you have 8 Turkish players and 3 Sebastians, you’re doing your heritage proud! There are nearly 50 Sebastians on FIFA, so you have a lot of talent to chose from!


Espanyol
Espanyol are comfortably a mid table La Liga team.
Based in Catalonia, their big rivals of course are Barcelona.
RCDE Stadium is in game, as are most La Liga stadiums, making for a pretty fun career mode.
How to make it fun
Trim any players who are born in Spain (Not Catalunya) from the squads
Try to sign as many Catalan players as you can
This makes them a harder challenge

Rot-Weiß Essen
One of the original German big clubs, Rot-Weiss Essen have been added to FIFA 23 after their promotion back to the 3. Liga.
The team won the German cup in 1953, and the German championship in 1955.
RWE have a club friendship with Werder Bremen, so you should try to sign some players from them.
The club has averaged 10,000 supporters even playing in the 4th division, a lot of people support this club.
As Essen is the second biggest city in the Ruhr Valley region of Germany, see if you can get to the Bundesliga by only signing players from this area.
A ton of big clubs are in the area, including Schalke, Dortmund, Cologne, Dusseldorf & Monchengladbach.

FC Nordsjælland
While they might not be as big of a name as some of the teams on this list, Nordsjaelland, or FCN as i’ll call them from now on, are one of the best minor league picks on FIFA 22
If you like pace, this team has you sorted
If you like potential, its even better
The owner, Tom Vernon, also owns the Right to Dream academy in Africa
You can see the impact this has on the team with several Ivory Coast & Ghana filling the first team
Often these players are the most promising, so you already have your 3 YA nations sorted, Denmark, Ivory Coast and Ghana.
Regularly FCN feature the youngest team in Europe.
They probably deserve an entire video, so subscribe if you dont want to miss that, but your goal is to hit Europe, and try to have the same impact as fellow Scandinavian team Bodo/Glimt have in real life.

BSC Young Boys
Another team from a minor league that are full of potential, Swiss team Young Boys are similar to FCN
With a similar style of recruitment, Young Boys are further along the path to European success
Their team is packed full of Pace, Potential and African recruitment

All very talented, all have similar attributes of pace, power and stamina being high
Scout Switzerland & 2 Sub-Saharan nations (Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Ghana etc)
