Hopefully this video will help all of you in maxing out your Arms Warrior. This is for Arms Warrior PvP in Patch 5.4. Down below will be EVERYTHING that I said in this video. This is so you guys don't have to rewind the video over and over. I'm also putting a link to my Armory.

Reforging -
3.00% Hit chance is the lowest you can go. Any lower and you will have trouble putting out damage.
3.00% Expertise chance is the lowest you need to go also. This is for the same reason as the hit chance.

Stat Priority -
Crit - Mastery - Haste
If a piece of gear has neither Crit nor Mastery, then reforge the haste out of the gear to Crit.
If a piece of gear already has Mastery in it, then reforge the weakest stat to Crit. ( Weakest Stat being, either Haste or Expertise or Hit. Only Expertise and Hit if you already hit the Cap for them. Which is 3.00%.

Gemming -

Yellow Sockets - Smooth Sun's Radiance
Red Sockets - Inscribed Vermilion Onyx
Blue Sockets - Radiant Wild Jade
Meta Socket - Reverberating Primal Diamond
Prismatic Socket - Smooth Sun's Radiance

Enchanting
Shoulder - Greater Tiger Fang Inscription
Cloak - Superior Critical Strike
Chest - Super Resilience
Bracers - Exceptional Strength
Gloves - Super Strength
Belt - Living Steel Belt Buckle
Pants - Angerhide Leg Armor
Boots - Pandaren's Step
Weapon - Dancing Steel or Windsong if you can't afford Dancing Steel.
*** I realize I didn't talk about Gloves or the Weapon Enchant in the video, I kind of forgot. Noticed it once it was Uploaded. So hopefully you read the description ***

Professions -
Professions are really preference now in World of Warcraft. As long as you have both or your professions at max level (600) then you should be great! I use Blacksmithing and Jewelcrafting. I like the increase they both give, I think they are both great for Arms Warriors. But really it just comes down to preference.
