My story on how using aftermarket fuel injectors on Dodge Grand Caravan costed me over $3,000 in diagnostics and troubleshooting. I had problems with P0172 and P0175 codes which were actually caused by aftermarket injectors which were adding too much fuel to the engine.

I made this video to warn people of this so it doesn't happen to anybody else. Most of mechanical shops will not know this information.

Other than that I often have problems with other aftermarket electrical parts installed on Dodge such as blend door actuators, temperature sensor, thermostat, etc...

My suggestion is always go with OEM and those will not trigger any codes or cause the engine to run rough or hard start or anything else.

Things like suspension and brakes can be good quality aftermarket, but electrical parts shouldn't.
