Mouthpiece selection is a deeply personal experience. I currently favor the Syos Dayna Stephens for Jazz and the Selmer S80 for classical. My favorites exhibit ease and freedom of playing, consistent tone and intonation and are easy to fit with stock reeds and ligatures.
