Introduction - The Provision of State Food Preservation Commission has been made in Section 16 of the National Food Preservation Act, 2013.Following this provision, the Madhya Pradesh Government has Constituted the Mp food preservation commission on 11 April 2017.The State Government of Madhya Pradesh on 21 July 2017 Appointed a Four-member Food Commission under the Chairmanship of Rajkishore Swan. Its current chairman is Professor Virendra Kumar Malhotra.

राष्ट्रीय खाद्य संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 16 में राज्य खाद्य संरक्षण आयोग का प्रावधान किया गया है | इस प्रावधान का अनुसरण करते हुए मध्य प्रदेश शासन ने 11 अप्रैल 2017 को मध्य प्रदेश खाद्य संरक्षण आयोग का गठन किया है | मध्य प्रदेश की राज्य सरकार ने 21 जुलाई 2017 को राजकिशोर स्वान की अध्यक्षता में चार सदस्यीय खाद्य आयोग की नियुक्ति | इसके वर्तमान अध्यक्ष प्रोफेसर वीरेंद्र कुमार मल्होत्रा हैं |
