The Ideas Collective is STAND’s flagship summer bootcamp for emerging social innovators. Now in its tenth year, this dynamic programme has nurtured the early stages of impactful projects like Nuw Wardrobe, The Reclaim Project, and Rooted Resolutions.
Through hands-on workshops grounded in design thinking and social innovation methodologies, participants gain the skills, confidence, and community to turn bold ideas into real-world impact.

You’ll deepen your understanding of the root causes behind the issues you're passionate about, and build practical skills in:
Communications and marketing
Leadership and pitching
Social enterprise development

Best of all, you'll join a vibrant community of like-minded students who are committed to driving meaningful change.

📍 When & Where
The 2025 Ideas Collective will run as a 5-day in-person bootcamp at The Digital Hub, Dublin 8. You can choose from one of two available dates:
26–30 May 2025
9–13 June 2025

On the final day, standout teams will be selected to join a deeper incubator programme to continue developing their social enterprise ideas throughout the academic year.

💡 What to Expect
Over the course of the week:
Days 1–4: You'll develop your project idea with guidance from expert facilitators.
Day 5: You'll pitch your idea to a panel for the chance to be selected for our end-of-programme showcase, where finalists from both bootcamps will compete for seed funding and a place in the incubator.

🕒 Deadline to Apply
Applications are open until 15 May 2025, but places are filled on a rolling basis. Once the bootcamps are full, we’ll close applications—so apply early to secure your spot!
