Crunchy Tahini Rolls | Fastest Dessert EVER 🚀

I learned this recipe from my aunt years ago and I must say it is great for surprise guests (that we had many at the time!)

Again no exact measurements as each phyllo pastry is different in size and might need more or even less tahini, sugar and nuts, which are all the things you'll need here!

Just open the phyllo pastry on an even surface and spread tahini all over it. Then spread the sugar and the crushed nuts of your choice and roll that pastry up. Cut into slices and bake until they are all crunchy!
