If you use Platformly, you might have noticed that our Email Builder has quite a lot of different options. In this tutorial video, we'll guide you through all the important features of the Platformly email builder.

We'll start by opening the simple email editor and click the Launch Email Editor button. You will see a screen in which you can pick a template or create a new one from scratch. Platformly offers more than 90 templates you can use for your emails, and you can edit them at your convenience using the drag and drop builder.

In this case, we'll pick the Conference template. This will open the email builder. At the top, you have the Undo and Redo buttons, the Apply button which applies your changes, the Bin button that deletes all your changes (letting you start from scratch if you want to), Save As User Template that will save your changes to this specific template, and finally the preview options for desktop or mobile.

On the right, you have four tabs that offer different options for setting up your email message. The first tab takes you back to the Templates window. The Elements tab shows you different elements that you can drag and drop, customizing the template according to what you need.

In the Layout tab, you'll find all the current parts of the template. You can drag and drop each bit of the layout as you wish as well.

In the last tab, you'll find Appearance settings - which allow you to change the text size, colors, images, and everything else you need to set up in your email message.
