'I'll show you what you can do with the Uber Sani-Sim Toilet.
You can change the music it provides to three different Ambient styles, all three of them coming from the good old days of The Sims 1, out of the Buy/Build catagory. Unfortuniatly the song doesn't influence the mood of the sim. No +points for Listening To Music.
The toilet can clean itself, but that function you can turn of, if you like. It provides your sims with a +3 point for environment plus the normal +10 points for bladder.
You can scientifically upgrade the item and you can change the selfcleaning to Unbreakable. It seems you can't have both of them at the same time, which is pitty.

And oh yeah, you have to pay 400 simpoints for this beauty, which is much cheaper than what your sims have to pay for this: the jackpot of $5000 simdollars!
