A person was detained during a traffic stop south of Tucson, officials with the Pima County Sheriff's Office said. He was later released.

Guthrie's mother, Nancy Guthrie, has been missing since Feb. 1. Law enforcement officials with the Pima County Sheriff's Office said she was taken from her home "against her will."

The increase in law enforcement activity near Annie Guthrie's home came just hours after the FBI released new pictures and video from a security camera outside Nancy Guthrie's home from the night of the disappearance.
