Air fryer Roasted Salted Peanuts (How to roast peanuts in the air fryer, oven and stove top)

Air fryer roasted peanut: Today’s video is all about how to roast salted peanuts in your air fryer and how to remove the peeled skin with an unexpected tool
So you won’t need to blow it with your mouth.

Ingredients
• 2 cups raw peanuts
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/2 teaspoon salt


Recipe notes:
👉 if you want the nut slightly salted, use 1/4 tsp of salt instead of 1/2 teaspoon stated above.
For Oven method:
👉 Spread raw peanuts on a baking sheet and bake in the lower rack of your oven at 350 F /175 C for 12-15 mins. Remember to stir with a spatula half way through the cooking time.

For Stove top method
👉In a wide pan pour some dry garri (also known as cassava flakes) into the pan. Heat up the Garri. Add the peanuts into the pan. Stir to combine.
👉 Keep stirring as the heat from the hot garri roasts the peanuts. This method can take up to 30 minutes.
👉 Pay attention to the nuts so they don’t burn. Also b careful the Garri gets really hot.
