2 lbs gold potatoes
2 to 3 Tbsp cooking oil
12 oz smoked turkey sausage
1 small onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp Montreal chicken seasoning
1/2 garlic powder
1/2 onion powder
garnish with scallions & parsley
