This video shows the use of the left and right Seam Guide in Shaft for BERNINA overlockers, compatible with the L 8 Series. These adjustable guides make it easy to sew parallel seams in decorative projects, patchwork and quilting. Create unique textures and embellishments for your projects with ease!

The left Seam Guide can be used for overlock, combo, cover and chainstitches.The right Seam Guide can be used for coverstitches and chainstitches. They are attached by sliding into the red opening in the presser foot shaft. Simply align the appropriate guide to the desired distance from the needle.

As the guides are attached to the shaft, they are compatible with almost all presser feet. This also includes the binders C21 and C22. An exception is the Adjustable Tape Guide. Compatibility depends on the settings of either accessory. The XL Piping Foot, which has its own shaft, is not compatible.
