Dee Dee Jackson and her 3T's (19 February 1994)

Dee Dee was tragically murdered by Donald. J Bohana six months later and passed away on 27 August 1994.

The ‪@deedeejacksonfoundation7629‬ (founded in 2015 by Dee Dee's sons) thrives to provide an outlet for those who have suffered a loss in life. The mission of DDJF is to connect those who have a commonality in grief and provide a safe space to share stories, advice, and build a community in which no one feels alone.

The Power of Love, the weekly radio show hosted by Taj Jackson and TJ Jackson, provides survivors the opportunity to share personal tales of pain & loss and open a line of communication that could ultimately lead to a path of courage, hope and healing.

April 1st is known as 3T day, because it was the day that Taj Jackson, Taryll Jackson and TJ Jackson's mother Dee Dee was born and so on this date we celebrate her life and who she was as a person.
