Welcome to Pilates for the People!

This 40-minute full-body Pilates workout uses the mini ball (also called the coach ball or squishy ball) to enhance your practice and add variety to your movement. The ball will help deepen your core connection, improve stability, and activate muscles you didn’t even know you had! This class is designed to be suitable for all levels—whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned Pilates pro, you’ll find challenges and modifications to fit your needs.

We’ll move through a series of dynamic exercises to target the entire body, from core and glutes to arms and legs, all while using the ball to support, challenge, and stabilize. This class is great for improving posture, toning muscles, and increasing flexibility. All you need is a mat, a mini ball, and an open mind—this workout is truly for every body.
