Here it is finally! The highly requested Beach Meditation 'Ocean Escape' reuploaded and remastered. A guided meditation visualization that will take you on a peaceful walk along the beach. NOTE that this is a reuploaded and remastered version. The original version was uploaded over 8 years ago!! Thankfully I had the original script and recorded it again. I hope you will still find this helpful and enjoyable. Unfortunately the old version that has been taken down and is no longer available. My sincerest apologies! It breaks my heart!! The music in this video is a bit different because I am not allowed to use the music in the original version so I hope this is as effective as the original video.
