Semi-mobile IPCC concept from Sandvik Mining Systems

Описание к видео Semi-mobile IPCC concept from Sandvik Mining Systems

This animation demonstrates a new concept for an In-Pit Crushing & Conveying (IPCC) system consisting of a semi-mobile crushing station PX100, 4 conveyors including a ramp conveyor and a shiftable conveyor of in total appr. 4 km length, and a compact-type spreader PA100 with a 60 m receiving boom and a 50 m discharge boom.
The system is designed to handle 20 Mbm³ overburden per year with a nom. capacity of 9000 mtph and max. capacity of 10000 mtph.
The hopper with an usable volume of 430 m³ do have two loading bridges designed for 240 - 320 tonnes trucks. An apron feeder transfers the overburden (max. feed size of 1500 x 1500 x 1200 mm) to a double roll rusher type CR810/14-40 which reduces the material to the final product size of less than 300 mm. The crushed overburden is conveyed by 1800 mm wide belts to the spreader PA100 which can perform a 20 m high dump as well as a 50 m low dump operation.
The spreader can be specially used to create a flatter embankment at the end of the dump which is a great advantage for its recreation. The semi-mobile crushing station PX100 consists of 2 main modules which can be relocated within the mine by a 500 tonnes transport crawler PT500.
