The photography umbrella is probably the number 1 most used light diffuser in photography and that is because photography umbrellas are cheap and easy to use. A photography umbrella will take a small light and turn it into a large light really quickly and easily.

I have had so many different types of photography umbrellas over the years that I don't I think I've used just about every type of umbrella.

There are white umbrellas, silver umbrellas, and shoot through umbrellas. Whatever type of photography umbrella you need I've got you covered in this video. I will show you the best and most correct way to use your umbrella and why you don't need to spend a lot of money on an expensive umbrella to get started.
