56 g Heavy Cream (1/4 Cup)
Batter:
56g Baker's Chocolate or keto chip (Use your favorite) (2 oz. about a 4 Tbs.)
70 g Cup Butter (5 Tbs.)
1/4 tsp. Instant espresso powder (optional)
1/2 tsp. Liquid stevia (to taste)
2 Eggs (room temp)
32 g Granular Sweetener (any 1:1 keto sweetener will work) (2 Tbs. +2 tsp.)
8 g Cocoa Powder (1 Tbs.+1 tsp.)
4 g Coconut Flour (2 tsp.)
10 g Unflavored Whey Protein Isolate (2 Tbs.)(Can use flavored)
