The First DVD that I ever purchased was Jungle Girl and The lost Island of dinosaurs. It was in the cheap section of my local grocery store. I loved the film, especially it's theme song called "Let there be magic" by Katya Winspear. Over the years I lost the DVD but I recently watched it. I came to find out that it was made by Burbank Animation Studio, Australia and it was their final film before "shutting down". Burbank was famous for making cheap Disney knockoffs in the early 90s. In this video I look at this fascinating Animation Studio and it's fantastic history from it's rise, fall, resurrection and ultimate fall again.
