Homemade Pickle ~ Desi Achar

This recipe used the following vegetables, though you can use whichever quantities you wish to:
Carrots
Mango
Lemon
Lime
Green chillies

Spices:
2tbsp Salt
2tbsp Turmeric
1tbsp Kashmiri powder
1tbsp Red Chilli powder

Additional Ingredients:
1/2pack of Whole Mixed Spice
Mustard Oil

It is very important to use a jar / container that has an airtight seal in order to allow the vegetables to pickle. The pickling process will vary depending on the temperature at which you store the pickle mix.
