Looking for a delicious, spicy, and quick noodle recipe that pleases everyone? This Mixed Chowmein brings the best of all worlds—vegetables, egg, and chicken—into one perfect stir-fry! Inspired by Indian street food, this recipe is easy to follow and guaranteed to satisfy your desi Chinese cravings.

Ingredients:
150 gm noodles (boiled & drained)
1/2 cup sliced cabbage
1/2 cup julienned carrots
1/2 cup capsicum (any color)
1/2 onion (sliced)
2 eggs (scrambled)
100 gm boiled shredded chicken
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp red chili sauce
1 tbsp green chili sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a pan, scramble the eggs, and set aside.

2. In the same pan, sauté onions, carrots, cabbage, and capsicum for 2-3 minutes on high flame.

3. Add shredded chicken and stir well.


4. Toss in the boiled noodles and mix thoroughly.

5. Add soy sauce, chili sauces, vinegar, salt, and pepper.

6. Add the scrambled egg and toss everything on high heat for 2 more minutes.
